Staff were accounting and friendly The breakfast had a good choice , plus vegan and vegetarian options. Overall a good hotel I'm a good location

I did drop a glass bottle of water on my foot and the bottle broke . Unfortunately through lack of communication they charged me for a broken drinking glass . I did say that it was a bottle of water. I paid it because I had a schedule that I needed to keep to .

Its very welcoming feeling with nice pool & situated in a quiet lane off the Main Street. Both sides of the exit has plenty of massage /restaurants/cafes & great breakfast bars with nice atmosphere. Service at reception very helpful.

Stayed 4 days and after a while breakfast gets boring. The variety is the same everyday after some days of stay. Especially Thailand has so much fruits to offer, they provided pineapple & water melon only instead of a change in fruits. The cooked breakfast could be more creative. But otherwise, it’s a nice hotel with friendly service. Went out for breakfast outside once for a change.

We loved the location of the property right in the center of the action (old city) The property was nicely laid out, elevator was convenient we didn’t have to lug our luggage up and down stairs The staff was courteous, helpful, and respectful The room was very spacious, climate control kept the room comfortable, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay Complimentary Breakfast was Very accommodating with decent hours for eating

Upon our initial entry in the room we found the floors where dirty leaving our bare feet dirty and the bathroom walls near the tub and the sink area had previous soap scum, film or build up. In our room The ceiling overtop the tub the paint was bubbling indicating water damage from the suite up above us

Room was large with plenty of space to store belongings. Fridge was large and it could freeze your water bottles if adjusted too cold. Secure door lock. Generally quiet in this garden facing room, but can hear some street noise and other guests slamming doors. One evening an adjacent neighbor at the TV on really loud, but that was only for about an hour. All plumbing and electrical worked well. The pool was large enough so that I could do laps, but I have severe gripes, see below. As others have said, the breakfast is very good. However, coffee is instant, but I found it acceptable and fulfilled my morning caffeine needs.

Air conditioning was very weak despite the loud noise it made while running. Even with fan on lowest setting it made very loud “white noise”. Bed pillows too thick and springy, meaning they wouldn’t conform with your head shape. One pillow made my head too high. The loud and almost ineffective air conditioning and the pillow situation made it very difficult for me to get back to sleep after awaking during the night. The pool is only open for nine hours each day, from 09:00 to 18:00, which seems excessively restrictive. I usually like to swim at 06:30 to get my day started then breakfast. I worked around this schedule, but next time I will make sure I get a hotel with less restrictive hours. Major Issue: the pool deck consists of small stones glued down. Many of these stones have come loose and are very sharp! They can be found EVERYWHERE! One got caught under my big toe and sandal. When I got to my room to change after swimming I found a big wound and there was blood all over my room floor. It is healing now, but it was a deep wound. You will see these little stones on the steps to the pool and anywhere there’s a flat surface. Elsewhere they are lying in wait like little shark teeth! The pool itself was obviously refurbished by covering the old tile with a heavy plastic liner and gluing all the seams together. It’s looking really shabby as black mound is growing on the bottom. Perhaps they should drain it and power wash the black stuff off.

Perfect Location, Nice big size room.

First we were put into an old room, not even close to the pictures that are posted in the Booking app. After our complaint, we were move into a new room with a lot more space and a modern bathroom. The staff was not very helpfull on our stay, could not provide us with a map of the city, and could barely speak english.

The room is more beautiful than pictures. We live at the new building so the design is very modern and elegant. Room is spacious for 3 persons and with individual night stands and sofa area. The hotel entrance is located in the alley at first it was a bit hard to find. The area is very quiet at night. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to stay in Chiang Mai.

The breakfast can be improved a lot. There could be more space or better isolation for the shower area so the bathroom won't get too wet.

Location was good, walking distance to food market and bars. Room was clean and free bottles of water provided every day.

Be aware, hotel is split between 2 buildings and our room was very very far from the exit. One building has modern styled roomed and the other older outdated rooms. Our room was very close to the pool so we had to keep our blinds closed the whole time. Poor selection of breakfast. Most staff were unfriendly.

Friendly staff, rooms were very good for the price

They mentioned they had a fitness centre but it turned out to be a bike that didn’t work and a chest press. This was disappointing as we were looking for a gym on our stay. Apart from that, very solid

The location was very good and the pool was very nice.

The photos on the website did not match the room I stayed in. The door wasn't sealed properly and had a whole in it. A baby lizard was in my room.
